Triangle we spoke to few other online and offline travel agencies but found agents recommended by TT more knowledgeable and prompt. We finally decided to close with TT partner Plan My Leisure (PML) despite getting lower quotes from other agents. Ms. Varsha was our point of contact at PML, We are truly grateful to her for arranging everything extremely meticulously. She was always available to answer any query, she took extra efforts in helping me get good airfare at my preferred timings. We negotiated the package cost but once we agreed we are happy that there were no hidden or surprise charges. Even when we were in Singapore and KL she always ensured that pickups, hotel check-ins, visits everything is hassle free. In Singapore we stayed in Hilton on Orchard Road and in KL we stayed in Grand Millennium both were good hotels at very good locations. nce booking is done they don't care whether they reply in one day, two days or three days. There were certain things for which I had to chase them but was not satisfied with their answers. They will provide you an itinerary at the time of booking, you will plan your trip according to that but just 2 days before they will shuffle everything and will say it is what it is. My flight was supposed to land at 8:15 in the morning and the hotel check in was at 2:00 PM. Earlier they assured that I will get an early check in but two days before they said it's upon availability. Check in is at 2:00 PM and they scheduled a sight seeing pickup at 2:30 PM sharp because it is what it is. Before booking i was promised that the hotel serves Jain meal but the hotel clearly denied about that upon reaching there. I was told that the hotel is 4 star but it didn't seemed to be. The superior size room was way too smaller for 3 people. Food was not at all good at the property. I would really appreciate the ground team for all the arrangements they did. I would say that overall experience was good but you need to be very much sure about everything before booking because after that they will say It is what it is as if they don't care about our concern.
